Water Street Mortgage Corporation is an independent Minnetonka mortgage company which began in 1997.  Joe Cook, the company's founder, majored in Finance at St. Cloud State University.  After college, he was offered a job by one of his professors as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser.  He continued as an appraiser until 1997 when he returned to his real passion, Finance.  Joe takes great pride in helping people with their mortgage needs.
